Tenant Damage Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed causes damage to your property, in excess of the Security Deposit, we will make the repairs, up to $250, to assist the owner.

Eviction Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction, up to $700.
