If a tenant we place into your rental property leaves before the end of the initial lease term, we will not charge you a Leasing Commission to find a replacement tenant. (excluding moves for military orders)

Pet Guarantee

While we are managing the property, we cover up to $150 in damage above the Security Deposit to your property that is caused by a pet we approved for your rental.

Tenant Damage Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed causes damage to your property, in excess of the Security Deposit, we will make the repairs, up to $250, to assist the owner.

Eviction Guarantee

While we are managing the property, if a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction, up to $700.

With the depositing and withdrawal of funds, in general, there are no problems, everything comes on time, and of course, webinars which are conducted very often for beginners, traders and if you want to recover your lost funds I recommend Mrs Raymond Malia. RUNNN FROM THIS COMPANY Renters or Owners!..This property Management company is the Worst 2 Man Band SHOW!!.Ashely and the Maintenance Man. One, she picks when she wants to respond to emails. 2 The maintenance man is rude hates the fact he has to work and answer work orders..A/C unit went out 2x's took more than 8 days to fix and 2nd time took 4 days..I paid for a professional carpet and Apartment move out cleaning company and still was overcharge a cleaning Fee of $150..not to mention they didn't want to paint before my move in..Thank god I brought a Home!. Will be reporting them to BBB for excessively charging fees! BTW No, I was never late on rent..
